We trade in the UK to provide consumers with access to their credit reports, credit score and general credit information services. We have a licence under the Consumer Credit Act 1974 (licence number 738724). We provide our services in conjunction with TransUnion International UK Limited , which is the company that will be providing you with credit reporting services. TransUnion International UK Limited is one of the UK's leading credit reference agencies, whose registered office is at One Park Lane, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS3 1EP, registered number 3961870. We use your data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.   • 3 RETENTION OF DATA: WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

    RSDataTech Ltd will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. RSDT employs industry standard security measures to ensure the security of all PCCI compliant data. Any data that is stored on RSDT's servers is treated as proprietary and confidential and is not available to the public. RSDT has an internal security policy with respect of the confidentiality of customer data allowing access only to those employees or third parties who have a need to know such information for the purpose of effectively delivering RSDT services by means of user login and password requirements. RSDT routinely evaluates its data security practices to identify security threats or opportunities for improvement.
    • 3.2 Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data as it is transmitted from you to our Site; any such transmission is at your own risk.
