MONTHLY FEES
Access to our Financial Monitoring Service is provided free of charge for 14 days, after this time, unless cancelled, a monthly membership fee, as communicated to you at the time of your application, will be payable on a continuous payment authority, or by Direct Debit to RS Datatech Limited. The description on your bank statement of our charge may vary depending on your bank.
The membership fee you agreed to will be payable immediately on the date specified in our offer to you and each month thereafter. The membership fee of £24.95 for Club level membership and £29.95 for Extra level membership can be upgraded or downgraded at any time via your online account portal or through our customer support team. Card payments may also incur a pre-authorization charge for the sum of £1.50 at the point of your application to use our service.
MEMBERSHIP FEES AND CONTINUOUS PAYMENT AUTHORITY
When you sign up and agree to be a member of our services, you provide us with a continuous payment authority (CPA) so that we can collect repayments automatically from your bank account, from a debit card or a credit card that you nominate for this purpose.
Members may be entitled to a free trial period of membership, memberships can be cancelled at any time, further details of our membership trial, monthly charges and cancellations can be found within the 'terms and conditions link' found at the footer of our website.
After the trial period, the monthly membership fee is payable in advance and will be automatically charged at the end of the trial period or on renewal, using a CPA or by direct debit.
Following an unsuccessful collection of the agreed membership fee, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership along with access to our service.
If the attempt to collect the agreed membership fee at the end of the trial period or at renewal is unsuccessful and we have been unable to determine a method for you to pay your membership fee, we shall make a further attempt in the first week following the end of the trial period, and additional attempts for a maximum of eight weeks thereafter, until either the membership fee has been collected, or the account has been suspended or terminated.
You may ask us to cancel your membership or CPA by using the contact details found below, through our online cancellation process found at the footer of our website, or by contacting your bank. Please be aware that if you do cancel your membership, you will still be liable for any outstanding membership fees and access to our service will be terminated. Cancellation of this CPA will be effective from the date and time that we receive such notification, or the date and time your bank actions your request.
We may increase or decrease the membership fee following a 30-day notice period, either displayed on the company website, sent by email or letter, or communicated by telephone or SMS. If members do not agree to these changes, they may terminate their membership through the methods described above or through our support centre:
